La versione Android di Poop Challenge è quasi pronta e cerchiamo persone che la provino prima di tutti. Lasciaci il tuo indirizzo: se vieni selezionato ricevi da Google Play l'invito al test chiuso.

Come funziona. Appena ti candidi ti mandiamo una mail di ricevuta. Gli inviti partono a scaglioni quando la beta apre: se non vieni scelto subito resti in lista per i giri successivi, e se non ti scriviamo entro qualche settimana vuol dire che i posti erano finiti. Fare il tester significa installare l'app da Google Play e segnalare quello che non va, quando ti va: nessun impegno, e puoi uscire quando vuoi scrivendo a beta@poopchallenge.app.

1. Quali dati raccogliamo

• Indirizzo email dell'account Google — obbligatorio.
• Modello del telefono e versione di Android — facoltativi.
• Data e ora della candidatura e la versione di questa informativa che hai accettato.
• Un codice derivato dal tuo indirizzo IP (non l'indirizzo, ma un suo hash), tenuto a parte e solo per impedire invii automatici ripetuti.

Non chiediamo altro. Nessun cookie, nessun tracciamento pubblicitario: la pagina salva nel tuo browser soltanto la lingua che hai scelto, e non lo comunica a nessuno. Come su qualunque sito, i sistemi di Google che ospitano la pagina registrano per qualche giorno i dati tecnici di connessione (fra cui l'indirizzo IP) a fini di sicurezza e diagnostica.

2. Perché li usiamo

Per valutare la tua candidatura e, se sei selezionato, aggiungerti alla lista dei tester del test chiuso su Google Play. Se serve, per scriverti riguardo alla beta. Non riceverai newsletter o comunicazioni commerciali.

3. Base giuridica

Il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che presti spuntando la casella. Puoi revocarlo quando vuoi scrivendo a beta@poopchallenge.app: la revoca non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento fatto prima. Il conferimento è libero, ma senza l'email non è tecnicamente possibile invitarti al test.

4. Chi altro vede i dati

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Firebase per l'infrastruttura che registra la candidatura e Google Play per l'invito al test, in qualità di responsabile del trattamento sulla base delle condizioni Google Cloud per il trattamento dei dati.
• La notifica della tua candidatura arriva inoltre nella casella di posta personale del titolare (Gmail), dove resta conservata insieme al resto della corrispondenza e viene cancellata con gli stessi tempi indicati al punto 5.

Nessun altro. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti per finalità di marketing. I server Firebase di questo progetto sono in Europa; alcuni trattamenti di Google possono avvenire fuori dall'Unione Europea, sulla base della decisione di adeguatezza UE-USA (Data Privacy Framework) e, in via integrativa, delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea. 5. Per quanto tempo

Fino alla fine del programma beta o alla tua revoca, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dalla candidatura: la cancellazione è automatica, programmata sul database al momento stesso in cui la candidatura viene registrata. I dati tecnici anti-abuso (il codice derivato dall'IP) scadono dopo un'ora e vengono cancellati automaticamente entro le 24 ore successive. La stessa scadenza vale per la copia della notifica nella casella del titolare: se chiedi la cancellazione, cancelliamo entrambe.

6. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in ogni momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità dei tuoi dati scrivendo a beta@poopchallenge.app. Rispondiamo entro un mese. Hai anche diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

7. Minori

La candidatura è riservata a chi ha almeno 14 anni, l'età prevista in Italia per prestare da soli il consenso ai servizi online. Se sei più giovane, chiedi a un genitore di scriverci.

8. Decisioni automatizzate

Nessuna: la selezione dei tester la fa una persona.

The Android version of Poop Challenge is almost ready and we are looking for people to try it first. Leave us your address: if you are selected, Google Play will send you an invitation to the closed test.

How it works. We send you a receipt email as soon as you apply. Invitations go out in batches when the beta opens: if you are not picked straight away you stay on the list for the next rounds, and if you hear nothing within a few weeks it means the seats were taken. Being a tester means installing the app from Google Play and telling us what breaks, whenever you feel like it: no commitment, and you can leave at any time by writing to beta@poopchallenge.app.

Privacy notice (art. 13 GDPR)

1. What we collect

• Google account email address — required.
• Phone model and Android version — optional.
• Date and time of your application and the version of this notice you accepted.
• A code derived from your IP address (a hash, not the address itself), kept separately and only to prevent automated repeated submissions.

We ask for nothing else. No cookies, no advertising trackers: the page only stores the language you picked in your own browser, and shares it with nobody. As on any website, the Google systems hosting this page record connection metadata (including the IP address) for a few days, for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why we use them

To review your application and, if you are selected, add you to the tester list of the closed test on Google Play, and to write to you about the beta if needed. You will not receive newsletters or marketing messages.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to beta@poopchallenge.app; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Providing the data is voluntary, but without your email it is technically impossible to invite you to the test.

4. Who else sees the data

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Firebase for the infrastructure storing the application and Google Play for the test invitation, acting as data processor under the Google Cloud data processing terms.
• The notification of your application also reaches the controller's personal mailbox (Gmail), where it is kept together with the rest of his correspondence and deleted on the same terms set out in point 5.

Nobody else. Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. This project's Firebase servers are in Europe; some Google processing may take place outside the European Union, based on the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and, additionally, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You may request a copy by writing to beta@poopchallenge.app.

5. How long we keep them

Until the end of the beta programme or until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your application: deletion is automatic, scheduled on the database at the very moment your application is stored. Technical anti-abuse data (the code derived from your IP) expires after one hour and is automatically deleted within the following 24 hours. The same deadline applies to the copy of the notification in the controller's mailbox: if you ask for erasure, we delete both.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to beta@poopchallenge.app. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Minors

Applications are open to people at least 14 years old, the age at which Italian law allows consenting to online services independently. If you are younger, ask a parent to write to us.

8. Automated decision-making

None: testers are selected by a person.
