Poop Challenge ("l'App") è un'app di intrattenimento che permette di creare sfide ironiche tra amici. Non è un'app medica o sanitaria e non fornisce alcun consiglio o diagnosi di salute. Questa informativa spiega quali dati raccogliamo e come li usiamo.

1. Dati che raccogliamo

• Account: indirizzo email (login Email/Apple/Google) e identificativo utente. Con "Accedi con Apple" puoi usare l'opzione Nascondi la mia email.
• Profilo: nickname e avatar scelti da te; facoltativamente nome e cognome (o solo l'iniziale del cognome), mostrati ai tuoi amici nei giochi e nelle classifiche. Puoi restare anonimo e usare solo il nickname.
• Attività di gioco: registrazioni ("eventi") con data/ora, punteggi, statistiche, badge, sfide a cui partecipi, amicizie.
• Posizione (solo se attivi la mappa social): coordinate geografiche (esatte o approssimative, a tua scelta) degli eventi che decidi di condividere con gli amici accettati. Disattivata di default. Vedi la sezione 9.
• Zona (solo se attivi la classifica della tua zona): la provincia in cui registri più eventi, ricavata dalla posizione. Disattivata di default. Vedi la sezione 11.
• Dispositivo: token per le notifiche push (se le attivi), versione app, piattaforma.
• Diagnostica: dati anonimi di utilizzo e crash (Firebase Analytics).

La fotocamera viene usata solo se scegli di scansionare il QR di un amico per aggiungerlo; non registriamo né conserviamo immagini.

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati a terzi.

2. Come usiamo i dati

• Far funzionare il gioco (classifiche, punteggi, statistiche, sfide, amici).
• Inviarti notifiche (promemoria e aggiornamenti delle sfide) se le hai attivate.
• Migliorare stabilità e funzionalità dell'App.

3. Fornitori (responsabili del trattamento)

Usiamo Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) per autenticazione, archiviazione dati e notifiche. Vedi: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Conservazione e cancellazione

Conserviamo i dati finché mantieni l'account. Puoi eliminare il tuo account direttamente dall'App (Profilo → Elimina account): questo rimuove profilo, statistiche, badge e token dispositivo. Alcuni dati storici delle sfide possono restare in forma anonima. Dettagli e un'alternativa via email (se non riesci più ad accedere all'app) sono nella pagina Elimina account e dati.

5. I tuoi diritti (GDPR)

Hai diritto ad accedere, correggere o cancellare i tuoi dati e a opporti al trattamento. Scrivici a info@poopchallenge.app.

6. Minori

L'App non è destinata a chi ha meno di 14 anni: è l'età a partire dalla quale, in Italia, si può acconsentire da soli al trattamento dei propri dati per i servizi online. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori di tale età; se ci accorgiamo di averlo fatto, li cancelliamo. Se sei un genitore e pensi che tuo figlio ci abbia lasciato dei dati, scrivici a info@poopchallenge.app.

7. Notifiche

Le notifiche sono facoltative e disattivabili in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del telefono o dal Profilo dell'App.

8. Modifiche

Potremmo aggiornare questa informativa; le modifiche saranno pubblicate in questa pagina con la nuova data di aggiornamento.

9. Mappa social e dati di localizzazione (opzionale)

L'App include una mappa social facoltativa. Quando la attivi, le posizioni geografiche dei tuoi eventi possono essere condivise esclusivamente con i tuoi amici accettati.

• Dati raccolti: coordinate geografiche e data/ora associate all'evento.
• Disattivata di default: si attiva solo se la abiliti espressamente (opt-in).
• Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR), revocabile in qualsiasi momento.
• Solo con gli amici accettati: i pin non sono pubblici e non vengono venduti né ceduti a terzi.
• Posizione esatta o approssimativa: scegli tu il livello di precisione.
• La tua cronologia resta privata: la mappa personale è sempre visibile solo a te.

Come disattivarla: puoi spegnerla in qualsiasi momento dal Profilo. Disattivandola i pin già condivisi vengono eliminati. Eliminando l'account tutti i pin vengono rimossi.

10. Rubrica e numero di telefono (opzionale)

L'App offre una funzione facoltativa per trovare gli amici tramite il numero di telefono. È disattivata di default e si attiva solo se scegli espressamente di usarla.

• Il tuo numero: lo conserviamo in un'area privata del tuo account, accessibile solo a te (per sincronizzarlo tra i tuoi dispositivi). Ne salviamo anche un codice cifrato (hash) usato affinché chi ha il tuo numero in rubrica possa trovarti. Il tuo numero non è visibile agli altri utenti e non viene condiviso.
• Rubrica: quando usi la funzione, i numeri dei tuoi contatti vengono trasformati in hash sul dispositivo e confrontati con l'indice; i numeri dei contatti non lasciano il telefono e non vengono conservati.
• Consenso: l'accesso alla rubrica è richiesto solo al momento dell'uso e revocabile dalle impostazioni del telefono.
• Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR).
• Cancellazione: eliminando l'account rimuoviamo anche l'hash del numero.

11. Classifica della tua zona (opzionale)

L'App include classifiche pubbliche facoltative. Quella di zona ti mette a confronto con chi gioca nella tua provincia, e la provincia la ricaviamo dalla posizione dei tuoi eventi. È disattivata di default e va attivata espressamente dal Profilo.

• Cosa viene pubblicato: un'etichetta, il tuo avatar, il punteggio e la provincia (non le coordinate). Le coordinate degli eventi non lasciano mai l'area privata del tuo account.
• Come appari: di norma il solo @nickname. Il nome vero compare solo se lo attivi tu, e i tuoi amici lo vedono comunque perché lo hanno già.
• Disattivata di default: si attiva solo con un consenso specifico, diverso da quello della mappa social — è una finalità ulteriore.
• Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR), revocabile in qualsiasi momento.
• Come uscirne: spegni l'opzione dal Profilo (o disattiva del tutto la posizione): esci subito dalla classifica di zona.
• Dopo la cancellazione: il tuo dato sparisce subito, ma le classifiche già pubblicate sono elenchi precalcolati e si rifanno periodicamente — la tua riga può restare visibile fino al ricalcolo successivo (al massimo un'ora).

Poop Challenge ("the App") is an entertainment app that lets friends create humorous challenges with each other. It is not a medical or health app and does not provide any health advice or diagnosis. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account: email address (Email/Apple/Google login) and user ID. With "Sign in with Apple" you can use the Hide My Email option.
• Profile: nickname and avatar chosen by you; optionally your first and last name (or just your last initial), shown to your friends in games and leaderboards. You can stay anonymous and use only your nickname.
• Game activity: logged events with date/time, scores, statistics, badges, challenges, friendships.
• Location (only if you enable the social map): geographic coordinates (exact or approximate, your choice) of events you choose to share with accepted friends. Disabled by default. See section 9.
• Area (only if you enable the area leaderboard): the province where you log the most events, derived from your location. Disabled by default. See section 11.
• Device: push notification tokens (if enabled), app version, platform.
• Diagnostics: anonymous usage and crash data (Firebase Analytics).

The camera is used only if you choose to scan a friend's QR code to add them; we do not record or store images.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the game (leaderboards, scores, statistics, challenges, friendships).
• To send you notifications (reminders and challenge updates) if you have enabled them.
• To improve the stability and features of the App.

3. Service Providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) for authentication, data storage, and notifications. See: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as you keep your account. You can delete your account directly in the App (Profile → Delete account): this removes your profile, statistics, badges, and device tokens. Some historical challenge data may remain in anonymous form. For details and an email-based alternative (if you can no longer access the app), see Delete account and data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to processing. Contact us at info@poopchallenge.app.

6. Minors

The App is not intended for anyone under 14: in Italy that is the age from which a person can consent on their own to the processing of their data for online services. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age; if we find that we have, we delete it. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us their data, write to info@poopchallenge.app.

7. Notifications

Notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time from your phone settings or from the App's Profile section.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be published on this page with a new update date.

9. Social Map and Location Data (Optional)

The App includes an optional social map. When enabled, the geographic locations of your events can be shared exclusively with your accepted friends.

• Data collected: geographic coordinates and date/time associated with the event.
• Disabled by default: activated only if you explicitly enable it (opt-in).
• Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Accepted friends only: pins are not public and are never sold or shared with third parties.
• Exact or approximate location: you choose the level of precision.
• Your history stays private: your personal map is always visible to you only.

How to disable it: you can turn it off at any time from the Profile. Disabling it immediately removes all shared pins. Deleting your account removes all pins.

10. Contacts and Phone Number (Optional)

The App offers an optional feature to find friends via phone number. It is disabled by default and only activates if you explicitly choose to use it.

• Your number: we store it in a private area of your account, accessible only to you (to sync it across your devices). We also store a cryptographic code (hash) used so that people who have your number in their contacts can find you. Your number is not visible to other users and is not shared.
• Contacts: when you use the feature, your contacts' numbers are hashed on your device and compared against the index; contact numbers never leave your phone and are not retained.
• Consent: contacts access is requested only at the time of use and can be revoked from your phone settings.
• Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Deletion: deleting your account also removes your number hash.

11. Area Leaderboard (Optional)

The App includes optional public leaderboards. The area one ranks you against people playing in your province, which we derive from the location of your events. It is disabled by default and must be enabled explicitly from the Profile.

• What gets published: a label, your avatar, your score and your province — not your coordinates. Event coordinates never leave the private area of your account.
• How you appear: your @nickname only, by default. Your real name shows up only if you turn it on; your friends see it anyway, because they already have it.
• Disabled by default: it requires its own specific consent, separate from the social map — it is a further purpose.
• Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
• How to opt out: turn the option off from the Profile (or disable location entirely): you leave the area leaderboard immediately.
• After deletion: your data is removed right away, but published leaderboards are precomputed lists rebuilt periodically — your row may stay visible until the next rebuild (at most one hour).
